  • NHS Talking Therapies (Let’s Talk) >

    Provides Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - an evidence-based treatment - for common mental health problems. The service was previously known as Let’s Talk.

  • CandO >

    A new helpline which provides support for people experiencing issues with their emotional wellbeing, such as low mood, anxiety, stress and loneliness.

  • The Listening Post >

    Provides a counselling service to adults living in Gloucestershire who are suffering emotional and psychological distress. No set fee for services, based on clients’ individual means.

  • Artlift >

    A specialist creative health charity. Artlift co-produces projects and courses for people living with mental health challenges, long-term chronic pain, who are living with or moving on from cancer and/or with other associated conditions or wellbeing challenges.

  • Art for All >

    A community group that offers art classes to adults with a mental health condition who live in Cheltenham and the surrounding areas.
