Easy overnight oats
One of the most common questions we get asked from people on our Beezee programmes is about quick, healthy, breakfast options. We get it, it’s a hectic time of day! Especially if you’ve got little ones and the school run to juggle as well. That’s why we love these overnight oats. As the name suggests, you do need to get them get ready the night before! But they’re super quick and easy to prep. Let us know how you get on making them and tag us @beezeehealth.

Ingredients
Serves 1
- 3 tablespoons (40g) porridge oats
- 1 piece of fruit or handful of dried fruit
- Dash of skimmed milk or dairy-alternative
- 3 tablespoons (125g) low-fat plain or Greek yoghurt
- Any additional fruits/ nuts for toppings
Method
- Pour roughly 3-4 tablespoons of oats into a container.
- Add 4-5 tablespoons of fruit.
- Then add 4 tablespoons of yoghurt.
- Add a dash of milk and give it a good mix.
- Leave in the fridge overnight and eat the next morning.

You can increase the quantities of this recipe and batch cook your breakfasts for the week!
