Frozen berry yoghurt ice cream
Summer is just around the corner, and we wanted to share one of our fruity favourites. This frozen berry yoghurt ice cream is fast to make and full of flavour. We’ve gone for berries, but you’ll see in our top tips that you can mix up the fruits. Let us know how you get on making it and tag us @beezeehealth.

Ingredients
Serves 2
- 250g of frozen mixed berries
- 250g Greek yoghurt, 5% or 0% fat
- 1 tbsp honey
Method
- Blend berries, yoghurt and honey in a food processor for 20 seconds until it comes together in a smooth texture.
- Scoop and serve with more fruit!
Beezee top tip
You can use any fruit you fancy to make this! Mango, banana, berries, pineapple. Mix it up! Swap raspberries for strawberries or sliced banana for an even sweeter taste.
