We love this healthy pizza recipe. It’s a firm favourite on our free Beezee Families programme – for grown-ups and the little ones.

You just need three ingredients to make your pizza, and then you can pick a bunch of healthy toppings! We find these pizzas are a great way to get children to try new vegetables they wouldn’t necessarily try. Which toppings will your family try first?

Serves 1

  • 1x 8 inch tortilla wrap (or you can use pitta bread)
  • Tomato passata
  • 30g grated light mozzarella or cheddar cheese

Why not try:

  • Peppers
  • Mushrooms
  • Sweetcorn
  • Pineapple
  • Ham
  • Spinach
  • Tomatoes
  1. Place the tortilla on a plate and spread tomato passata over it.
  2. Add your chosen toppings.
  3. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  4. Microwave on high until the cheese is just melted (45 seconds) or place in a pre-heated oven at 200/gas mark 6 for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Leave to cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
