Ingredients:
- 4 blood oranges, juiced (about 200ml juice)
- 400ml sparkling water

- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes

- Optional: a pinch of ground cinnamon

Method:
- Prepare your juice: Roll the blood oranges on the counter while pressing down to release more juice, then cut and squeeze. Strain if you prefer pulp-free.
