All our programmes are completely free!  We receive Public Health funding from Waltham Forest Council so you get a premium programme at no cost.

Beezee Adults is for people aged 18 and over. It’s been designed to help you along your weight loss journey.

The Alcohol Reset is to help you drink less alcohol and help you understand how it impacts your health. It’s for people aged 18 and over.

Beezee Families is for the whole family to make healthy habits together.

Beezee Youth is for young people aged between 13 and 17 to help them understand their physical health and mental wellbeing. Topics include exam stress and social media.

Nope! Once you’re signed up to the Academy you’ll be able to see all programmes available.

The only reason you have to select one at the start is so we can tailor your journey to what you’re most interested in.

The only exception is Families won’t be able to see our Alcohol content, as we don’t want children left to their own devices to find it!
